PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation movement analyzer which can announce the result of analysis of rotation movements of a human being or an object during rotation movements. SOLUTION: The rotation movement analyzer transmits the reference orientation before the start of rotation and the rotation orientation during rotation movements, which are detected by a rotation detection belt 2 to a rotation analyzer 3, starts detection of the rotation time when the rotation analyzer 3 detects the change of the rotation orientation from the reference orientation, and detects the amount of change of the rotation orientation from the reference orientation. The rotation analyzer 3 determines the rotation movements on the basis of the detected rotation time and the amount of change and gives announcement in accordance with the result of determination at the end of rotation movements.
