PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a building frame, which enables a sheet attachment member to be properly fixed without the formation of a though-hole, even when the waterproofed building frame is formed from thin plate-like FRP etc. SOLUTION: A flat plate portion 320 of a male screw component 300 is fixed to the waterproofed building frame 100 in a position corresponding to the through-hole 210 of the sheet attachment member 200; a male screw shank 310 of the fixed male screw component 300 is inserted through the through-hole 210 so that the sheet attachment member 200 can be attached to the waterproofed building frame 100 by means of an adhesive 500; a female screw component 400 is screwed to the male screw shank 310 protruding from the through-hole 210, so that the sheet attachment member 200 attached to the waterproofed building frame 100 by means of the adhesive 500 can be pressed and held; and after the hardening of the adhesive 500 which makes the sheet attachment member 200 attached to the waterproofed building frame 100, the removal of the female screw component 400 and the removal of the male screw shank 310 protruding from the through-hole 210 are performed.
