PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizer bar with a vibration control bush advantageously securing sufficient vibration control characteristics and the occurrence preventive effect of a stick slip, while making both compatible in ride-comfort and traveling stability. SOLUTION: This stabilizer bar 10 is sandwiched between mutual inside rubber parts 32 and 32, and lubricating layers 40 and 40 formed on an inner peripheral surface of the respective inside rubber parts 32 and 32 are contacted with the stabilizer bar 10, and for the first time after twisting force to the stabilizer bar 10 exceeds a preset value in a state of mutually installing a pair of divided structures 20 and 20, while applying precompression to the respective inside rubber parts 32 and 32 in the size for generating sliding in the peripheral direction between the respective inside rubber parts 32 and 32 and the stabilizer bar 10, the pair of divided structures 20 and 20 are fixed to the stabilizer bar 10 by mutually connecting respective partition members 24 and 24.
