PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam valve inhibiting steam leaking from a gap between a valve rod and a guide bush from rapidly expanding and preventing erosion of the valve rod by the leaked steam. SOLUTION: A plurality of labyrinth grooves 32a to 32e in a circumferential direction are formed in the inner peripheral face of the guide bush 30 and each of the labyrinth grooves 32a to 32e is arranged to gradually expand as it approaches a discharge chamber 18.
