The invention relates to a cabin equipment component connection system. In at least one zone of said connection system, said zone being assigned to a predetermined region of an aircraft cabin, a number and an arrangement of connecting elements in the cabin are selected such that when a predetermined, first number of passengers, or when rows of seats (18) arranged with a predetermined first distance between one another, occupy the aircraft cabin, then the cabin equipment components provided for a first number and/or first arrangement in the aircraft cabin can be connected to the connecting elements of said connection system; and such that when a predetermined second number of passengers or when rows of seats arranged with a predetermined second distance between one another, occupy the aircraft cabin, then the cabin equipment components provided for a second number and/or second arrangement in the aircraft cabin can be connected to the connecting elements of said connection system, without requiring modification of the number and/or arrangement of the connecting elements in the aircraft cabin. |
