PURPOSE: A Gaussian electronic wave noise determining system and a method thereof are provided to determine whether an electronic wave noise expresses a Gaussina noise distribution. CONSTITUTION: A measure data collecting part(101) collects measurement data of electronic wave noises. An estimation value calculating part(102) calculates an average estimation value and a standard deviation estimation value of the measurement data. A quartile calculation unit(103) calculates the quartile by using measurement data. A noise distribution determining part(106) determines whether the measurement data has the Gaussian noise distribution by using the average estimation value, the standard deviation estimation value and the quartile.
