PURPOSE: Abrasion resistance rolling oil of a rolling mill-work roll, and a spraying method thereof are provided to improve the actual yield for a rolling process without replacing the work roll. CONSTITUTION: An abrasion resistance rolling oil of a rolling mill-work roll for a strip-casting process contains base oil, an anti-abrasive, and a lubricant additive. The anti-abrasive contains nanodiamond as an anti-abrasive additive. The lubricant additive contains fatty acid or an extreme pressure agent. 0.2~10wt% of nanodiamond is containedin the brasion resistance rolling oil.
