<p>The invention relates to a winding element for venetian blinds, of the type that is used to raise and lower a blind and that includes an integrated end-stop mechanism. The invention comprises at least one pulley actuated by a worm shaft, both of which are disposed in a casing. One end of a venetian blind cord is secured to the pulley, while the other end thereof is secured to the venetian blind winding drum.
