PURPOSE: A smart payment system and smart payment service providing method using the same are provided to enable a user to pay at franchise through the selected payment unit by enabling a user to select best payment device among mobile membership card, coupon, and electronic cash. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication company system(100) downloads smart payment program and a mobile membership to a user terminal. A franchise terminal(200) transfers mobile membership card information, point, a coupon, electronic cash and credit card information to the mobile communication company system or a credit card system(900). A partner system(400) manages the information of the mobile membership card. |
