PURPOSE: A producing method of a double-boiled deer extract is provided to add various medical herbs into deer flesh, deer blood, deer bones, and deer antlers for minimizing the disgusting taste of the deer extract. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a double-boiled deer extract comprises the following steps: removing intestines from raw deer meat, and cutting to obtain a deer meat mixture including deer flesh, deer blood, and deer bones; mixing 23.2parts of deer meat mixture by weight, 57.8parts of purified water by weight, and 0.1part of bay leaves in a double-boiling device, and low temperature double-boiling the mixture at 60~90deg C for 24hours; extracting the double-boiled ingredients; removing a solidified fat layer from the upper side of the extract after cooling the extract; adding angelicae gigantis radix, cnidii rhizoma, paeoniae radix, and other medical herbs into the extract, and double-boiling; and extracting the mixture before cooling and packing.
