<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply apparatus of an internal combustion using emulsion fuel that maintains high emission reduction effect and prevents erosion of a metal part in the fuel supply apparatus of the internal combustion, and to provide the internal combustion. <P>SOLUTION: An engine system 1 includes a water storage part 70 that stores water in a housing 419 of a high pressure fuel pump 41 by separating the water from the emulsion fuel and can discharge the stored water. Thus, the metal part of the fuel supply apparatus of the internal combustion can be prevented from being exposed to the water while the internal combustion is being stopped without performing flushing operation.
