<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cells capable of easily detecting stress imparted on the cells, the use of the cells and a method of screening. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the cells having an mRNA obtained by fusing the untranslated region of 5' terminal of the mRNA of an ATF4 protein, the coding region of the ATF4 protein and the coding region of a GFP protein. Also, there is provided the method for screening a cell stress substance composed of the cell culturing of such the cells, dripping a substance into the culturing liquid of the cells, observing the fluorescent intensity of the cells after dripping the substance into the culturing liquid, and in the case of elevating the fluorescent intensity, judging that the substance is a stress factor for the cells. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
