<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect positions of a plurality of detection objects, respectively. <P>SOLUTION: An optical position detector includes a light source section 140 for position detection which emits position detecting light L2, having light intensity in a first wavelength zone and a second wavelength zone different from each other; a first detection object 310, which has reflection characteristics such that the reflectance of the first wavelength zone is higher than that of the second wavelength zone; a second detection object 320, which has reflection characteristics such that the reflectance of the second wavelength zone is higher than that of the first wavelength zone; a first light detecting section 410, which has sensitivity characteristics such that the detection sensitivity of the first wavelength zone is higher than that of the second wavelength zone, and outputs a first light detection signal, a second light detecting section 420, which has sensitivity characteristics such that the detection sensitivity of the second wavelength zone is higher than that of the first wavelength zone, and outputs a second light detection signal; and a position detecting section 400, which forms a light intensity distribution by controlling the light source 140 for position detection and also detects the position of the first detection object 310, based on the first light detection signal, while the position of the second detection object 320 is detected, based on the second light detection signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
