<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving recorder capable of suitably preventing driving condition data from being overwritten. <P>SOLUTION: The driving recorder includes: a data collection part for collecting driving condition data of a vehicle; a storage part for storing the driving condition data in a non-volatile manner; an operation part for receiving user operation; and a control part for comprehensively controlling respective function parts. In the storage part, an upper limit is set in the number of files of driving condition data allowed to be stored in a non-volatile manner, and if a new driving condition data file is further stored in a non-volatile manner after the number of files of operation condition data stored in the non-volatile manner reaches the upper limit, the oldest driving condition data file is overwritten. When the operation part receives a prescribed overwrite prohibition operation, the control part applies an overwrite prohibition attribute to a driving condition data file being stored at present or a driving condition data file stored immediately before. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
