PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator with which even individual users can easily apply a treatment agent to the hair by themselves. SOLUTION: This applicator (100) is a tool for applying a treatment agent to the hair and has a container joint member (110), a hollow upper guide member (120), a lower guide member (130) and a parallel support mechanism (140). The container joint member (110) is jointed with a discharge container (ST) containing a treatment agent. The upper guide member (120) has a discharge outlet from which the treatment agent is discharged on the lower face and is molded extending forward from the container joint member (110). The lower guide member (130) is placed in parallel with the upper guide member (120) and faces the discharge outlet. The parallel support mechanism (140) vertically displaces at least one of the upper guide member (120) and lower guide member (130) while keeping them facing in parallel.
