PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a laminated balance filter which is easily small-sized and can perform predetermined impedance conversion between input and output. SOLUTION: An unbalanced-side capacitor is configured by opposing a first capacitor electrode 121 and a ground electrode 120. An unbalanced-side coil 131 is formed in a dielectric layer 271. Balanced-side coils 141, 142, 143 are formed in dielectric layers 271, 241, 242. The balanced-side coils 141, 142, 143 are formed in a helical state in such a way that winding directions of the respective coils become the same direction. Among these three balanced-side coils 141, 142, 142 the center coil 142 is disposed proximately to the unbalanced-side coil 131, so that the center coil 142 is coupled electromagnetically with the unbalanced-side coil 131.
