PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a state that abrasion powder which is generated as a result of supporting a belt member by the use of a plate-like member makes the belt member difficult move. SOLUTION: A fixing belt module 61 includes: a peeling pad 64 disposed in the downstream-side area in a nip N which is an area in which the fixing belt module 61 and a pressure roll 62 are brought into press-contact with each other; and a stretch roll 615 for stretching a fixing belt 610 at the downstream side of the nip N. In addition, the fixing belt module 61 includes an oil supply member 618 which is disposed in contact with the internal circumferential surface of the fixing belt 610 to supply oil to the internal circumferential surface. Furthermore, the fixing belt module 61 includes a removal member 619 which is disposed in contact with the internal circumferential surface of the fixing belt 610 to remove abrasion powder adhering to the internal circumferential surface of the fixing belt 610.
