PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To group captured images with a more suitable state, in which a major photographic subject is landscapes or the like. SOLUTION: When capturing the images, the capturing positions and directions are acquired together with the captured images, according to a classification condition based on the acquired capturing positions and directions, the captured images are classified into a plurality of groups. A group folder 102 for each group is formed in a memory which memorizes the captured images. The classified captured images are recorded in the group folder 102 to which each corresponds. Even the image captured in a similar place, about the image in which the scenery and the comparatively large building or the like are captured, only the image in which almost similar landscape or the like, is captured can be classified into an identical group.
