PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for bone surgery which evades interference between members and is excellent in work efficiency. SOLUTION: The instrument 10 for the bone surgery includes an instrument body 11, a guide member 3 and a tool 40. A tool body 41 has a connectin portion 42A with a surgical instrument 2 at one end part and an operation portion 43 at the other end part. A mounting part 42B is set in the vicinity of the connection portion 42A of the tool body 41, and a pressurizing member 50 for pressurizing a bone 1 by being abutted with the guide member 3 is disposed between the mounting portion 42B and the operation portion 43. The pressurizing member 50 includes a compression sleeve 51 and a compression handle 55 having a threaded portion 56 with the compression sleeve 51. By turning the compression handle 55 in the direction of shortening the length of a threadedly engaged portion 58, the compression sleeve 51 is moved in the direction of being abutted with the guide member 3 mounted on the mounting portion 42B and the bone 1 is pressurized.
