PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo room structure of a vehicle increasing capacity of a lower cargo room. SOLUTION: This cargo room structure includes a luggage board 100 of partitioning a cargo room 60 on the vehicle rear side Rr of a seat back 3 inclined backward-upward into an upper cargo room 61 and the lower cargo room 62. A front end part 100A of the luggage board 100 overlaps with the seat back 3 in a plan view in close vicinity to a back face 3H of the seat back 3. A first hinge part L1 for allowing a side part 30 of the luggage board 100 to rockably open-close around the axis O along the vehicle longitudinal direction, is arranged on the luggage board 100, and a second hinge part L2 for allowing a front end part 40 of the side part 30 of the luggage board 100 to bend in the retreating direction from the seat back 3, is arranged in the side part 30 of the luggage board 100 so that rocking opening-closing of the side part 30 of the luggage board 100 is not checked by the seat back 3.
