PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide noise countermeasure structure which can be easily constructed on a differential transmission path without deteriorating a common mode noise suppression effect. SOLUTION: External electrodes 6-1, 6-4 of a common mode choke coil 2 are directly attached to differential transmission paths 101, 102, respectively. In addition, external electrodes 6-2, 6-3 are connected to ground patterns 121, 121 through patterns 106, 106, and capacitors 7, 7. Thus, outflow of a differential signal to the sides of the ground patterns 121, 121 is blocked by the common mode choke coil 2, and only common mode noise is flown out to the ground patterns 121, 121. At this time, since there is no excess pattern between the common mode choke coil 2 and the differential transmission paths 101, 102, the noise is efficiently flown out to the sides of the ground patterns 121, 121.
