PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsional damper capable of effectively suppressing an increase in the amount of deformation of an elastic film body due to an inertia force of a mass member and fully preventing the reduction in the durability of the elastic film body. SOLUTION: The torsional damper comprises: a center plate 2 which is connected to a rotation shaft and whose outline shape is a circle, a pair of mass members 3a and 3b which are positioned to sandwich the center plate 2 in the thickness direction, each connected to the surfaces of the center plate 2 by an elastic film body, and joined to each other on the outer circumference side of the center plate 2, and a plural number of resin bearings 5a, 5b which are circumferentially disposed at intervals and between each surface of the center plate 2 and each mass member, wherein the facing surfaces of the center plate 2 and the mass members 3a and 3b are each provided with fitting-in depressions 2a, 6a, 2b and 6b for each number of the resin bearings 5a and 5b, respectively, and at least one set of fitting-in depressions are formed as circumferentially elongated guide depressions 2a, 2b.
