PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque transmission device, which is suitably used for a long period. SOLUTION: The torque transmission device includes: a first member 11 having a shaft portion 21; a second member 12 provided with a cylindrical portion 31 having an inside diameter larger than the outside diameter of the shaft portion to coaxially accommodate the shaft portion; and a flexible O-ring 13 interposed between the outer periphery of the shaft portion and the inner periphery of the cylindrical portion to contact with the outer periphery of the shaft portion and the inner periphery of the cylindrical portion, in which torque transmission is performed from one of a first member and a second member to the other member through the O-ring, and when the torque to be transmitted is a predetermined value or more, sliding is caused between the first member or second member and the O-ring. Regulation portions 34, 35 (51, 52) which regulate movement of the O-ring in the axial direction of the shaft portion are provided on the inner periphery of the cylindrical portion or the outer periphery of the shaft portion in order to incline the central axis C of the O-ring relative to the axis A of the shaft portion.
