PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefinic resin laminated film excelling in matte feeling, fusion sealing strength and slip property of a matte surface and furthermore having satisfactory antistatic property with no whitening. SOLUTION: The polyolefinic resin laminated film includes at least two layers which are a matte layer and a seal layer, each layer satisfying the following compositions: (1) the matte layer contains a propylene-based block copolymer (A) as a main component with an addition of 3,000-10,000 ppm of antistatic agent containing alkyl sulfonate at least, and (2) the seal layer is formed by adding a total of 2,000-5,000 ppm of lubricant and/or antistatic agent to 100 pts.wt. of resin composition containing 50-80 wt.% of propylene-based random copolymer resin (B) and 20-50 wt% of ethylene-α-olefin copolymer resin (C) with a density of 0.870-0.895.
