PURPOSE: A train wheel lubrication device and a train wheel lubrication system using the same are provided to maximize lubrication effect by automatically applying lubricant on rails when a train runs on a curved track of the rails. CONSTITUTION: A train wheel lubrication device comprises a mainframe(100) which is installed on the inner side of rails, driving and driven pulleys which are installed on both sides in the mainframe, an indirect power transmission member which is connected to the driving and driven pulleys and rotated, a drive motor which rotates the driving pulley, lubricating brushes(150) which are installed at regular intervals on the top of the indirect power transmission member and apply lubricant on train wheels, and a lubricant feeding unit which supplies lubricant to the lubricating brushes.
