摘要 PURPOSE: A platinum-free electrode catalyst for a fuel cell is provided to ensure excellent oxygen reduction capability by comprising metal oxides and carbon-based materials. CONSTITUTION: A platinum-free electrode catalyst for a fuel cell comprises a composite carrier consisting of one or more metal oxides and carbon-based materials, and a palladium(Pd)-based catalyst supported in the composite carrier. The palladium(Pd)-based catalyst is a palladium(Pd) catalyst or an alloy catalyst with one or more selected from the group consisting of iridium(Ir), cobalt(Co), nickel(Ni), titanium(Ti), vanadium(V), chrome(Cr), zinc(Zn), manganese(Mn), copper(Cu), iron(Fe), niobium(Nb),, indium(In), tin(Sn), tungsten(W) and cerium(Ce).
