<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for repairing a reactor vessel 20 which achieves repair work under an air environment even if the reactor vessel 20 is covered with cooling water 2 without draining it in the reactor vessel 20. <P>SOLUTION: An air environment can be obtained in the reactor vessel 20 because the lower part of a bottomed cylindrical pedestal 10 is installed in the reactor vessel 20 by hanging the pedestal 10 into the cooling water 2 with the air environment kept inside the pedestal 10 to the reactor vessel 20 covered with the cooling water 2. Moreover, the implementation of the repair on the reactor vessel 20 by using the pedestal 10 with the air environment kept inside it leads to the prevention of contamination and the improvement in workability such as the prevention of dust generation and the reduction of decontamination work. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
