PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a one's own boom working vehicle to carry out an alignment without allowing another crane to do it, when the tips of tension ropes hanging from the top of a mast on the boom side are aligned to the outer ends of rope retaining supports of a jib laid on the ground, in relation to a jib-equipped boom working vehicle provided with a device restraining horizontal deflection of a boom. SOLUTION: In the working vehicle, when the tips of the right and left tension ropes 6 hanging from the top of the mast on the boom side are connected to the outer ends of right and left rope retaining supports 5 equipped on the proximal portion of the jib laid on the ground, the tips of the tension rope 6 each are located to approximately the same positions as the outer ends of the rope retaining supports 5 in the vertical direction by the operation to rotate a telescopic boom 3, such that the tips of the tension ropes are connected to the outer ends of the rope retaining supports; which enables the own boom working vehicle to carry out the connecting work of the tips of the tension ropes (the aligning work to the outer ends of the rope retaining supports), without employing another crane.
