PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain reduction and improvement in an operation process or operation time and reduction in a worker's load by reducing member machining and the number of welding points by use of a construction method of inserting a beam through a column. SOLUTION: An H-shaped hole is drilled in the column 7, the H-shaped beam 6 is inserted therethrough, and a crossing portion thereof is joined by welding, whereby the structure building frame is formed as an integrated through beam.
