PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jogging course resembling user's everyday jogging regardless of user's location. SOLUTION: A practice course generating part 13 generates a practice course for a user based on information of a state and an ambience acquired by an information acquisition part 11 and from predetermined standards. A course retrieval part 15, when the acquisition part 11 acquires user's demand, retrieves a jogging course most resembling the practice course inside a specified distance from the user's location and out of jogging courses that a jogging course DB (Data Base) 14 stores.
