GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE TO ADJUST AND VISUALIZE COMPETING PARAMETERS

The invention relates to a method for providing a graphical user interface (GUI)for adjusting competing parameters within a computer system, said method comprising the steps: a) providing to a user a desktop, which desktop displays a polygon which number of corners is equal to the number of parameters to be adjusted, each corner of the polygon representing a parameter to be adjusted, and an adjustment point capable to be positioned by the user;b) allowing the user to drag the adjustment point within the polygon displayed;wherein the ratio of the parameters to each other is a function of the position of the adjustment point within the polygon displayed. Further, the invention relates to a respective GUI.
