PURPOSE: A cutting oil purifying device for handcraft machine is provided to process the refined waste cutting oil to the cutting fluid, in which the quality is improved, through ferrous metal removing part by effectively eliminating ferrous metal and contaminant from waste cutting oil. CONSTITUTION: The cutting oil purifying device for handcraft machine includes: a inlet part; a non-ferrous metal removing part; and a ferrous metal removing part. The inlet part pumps the waste cutting oil, which is provided in the processing of a metal to the processing part and is used, with the pump and flows the waste through a inlet tube(H). The non-ferrous metal removing part runs the flowed waste cutting oil bonded with belt by the drive of motor(M), and filters the non-ferrous metal foreign material with centrifugal force. The ferrous metal removing part includes the compartment cask(200). A plurality of compartment casks includes magnetic rod respectively. The magnetic rod eliminates the ferrous metal foreign material which is still alive in the waste cutting oil passing the non-ferrous metal removing part. |
