PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply system uneventfully supplying fuel to an engine even if horizontal force acts on the fuel and also achieving energy saving. SOLUTION: This fuel supply system 100 includes: a fuel pump unit 40; a sub tank 30 forming a storage chamber 30a and a first supply passage 32 supplying the fuel to the storage chamber 30a; and a pressure regulator 46 discharging excessive fuel in the fuel expelled by the fuel pump unit 40. In the fuel supply system, a stock chamber 60a stocking the excessive fuel discharged from the drain port 48 of the pressure regulator 46, and a stock tank 60 forming a second supply passage 62 supplying the fuel stocked in the stock chamber 60a to the storage chamber 30a, are provided in the sub tank 30. A float valve 66 is provided in the second supply passage 62. The float valve 66 cancels disconnection of the second supply passage 62 when the liquid level of the fuel stored in the storage chamber 30a falls below the float valve 66.
