<p>This invention relates to a filling material used to reduce the corneal curvature in the treatment of kerataconus eyes and myopic eyes not suitable to be treated with excimer laser. The said filling material, is composed of a restorative flowable matter. A tunnel is opened by a femtosecond laser and the filling material is discharged through the tunnel entrance. The corneal surface is compressed with the aid of a plastic material in order to establish pressure on the Cornea. After this step polymerization is carried out with LED light.</p> |
