PURPOSE: A optical guiding film pattern forming apparatus and a pattern forming method using the same are provided to implement various patterns by using one metal. CONSTITUTION: A flat plate(100) allows a light guiding film to be loaded on and to be safely settled. A holder(200) is installed at an upper side of the flat plate while being movably in a horizontal direction. A TIP mold(300) is installed at the holder and includes an uneven part where forms micro patterns made by pressing an upper side of the light guiding film. The TIP mold is movable in a vertical direction for adjusting depth of the patterns formed in the light guiding film. Th height of the unevenness can be varied more than 0.05 mm according to the pattern type and the gap between the unevenness can be more than 0.5 mm.
