<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a simple structure and excellent withstand load so that it is used in a wall-mounted manner. <P>SOLUTION: A boss part 51 projecting toward a display panel 3 side is formed integrally with a back cover 5 in the center part inside the back cover 5 of the display device 1, and the distal end of the boss part 51 is connected and fixed to a projection 41 formed at a position facing a base chassis 4. The boss part 51 is formed at a substantially center position of an attaching region (four attaching holes 54) for attaching a wall-mounting fitting 6.
