<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a family structure of a person photographed by a camera with high accuracy without performing registration processing of a face image, and to distribute a content corresponding to the family structure. <P>SOLUTION: A face detection part 22 detects a face of the person from a photographic image of the camera 13, and creates a face image file. A face recognition part 23 performs recognition, and decides who is the person photographed by the camera 13. An age decision part 25 decides an age of the person, and a gender decision part 26 decides a gender of the person. From the age and the gender of the person photographed by the camera 13, a family structure estimation part 33 supposes parent-child relationship from an age bracket difference of the person having the parent-child relationship, decides sibling relationship of a child generation from an age bracket difference of the person having the sibling relationship, and decides marital relationship from the genders of the persons which are a pair of man and woman to estimate the family structure.
