SOLUTION: A record on the fluctuation of lead times from the start of manufacturing to the completion of manufacturing, and a record of gaps of delivery deadlines and actual delivery dates are stored on each same specification component, and delivery route. By using record information, gaps of targets and records on each same specification component and a delivery route are statistically evaluated. Based on the record, the appropriate number of inventory days are updated and set day by day by a learning control system (423), and a content of a setting reference of the appropriate number of inventory days is diagnosed, and an alarm is transmitted when a gap of the target and record (440) is particularly large.
