PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scooter type vehicle freely setting capacity of a fuel filter without receiving restriction to rocking of a unit swing type engine. SOLUTION: A link support bracket 16L is arranged in a vehicle body frame 11, and the front end 72 of a link 23 is installed on this link support bracket 16L, and the rear end 73 of the link 23 is installed in a lower part 74 of a crankcase 61. The fuel filter 57 is stored in a support case 75, and this support case 75 is installed on an upper surface 76 of the crankcase 61. The fuel filter 57 is arranged under a connecting tube 67, and is arranged in a lower position than an injector 58 in the vertical direction of a vehicle.
