PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-part adhesive composition excellent in initial tackiness and adhesivity and also excellent in durability, and to provide a laminated film excellent in durability. SOLUTION: The two-part adhesive composition includes: (A) a main agent comprising a silyl group-containing amine compound; and a curing agent including (B) an amine-modified urethane resin and (C) a polyisocyanate compound. In this composition, the NCO/active hydrogen equivalent ratio is 1.0-5.0; and the mass ratio of the (B) amine-modified urethane resin to the (C) polyisocyanate compound is (20:80) to (80:20).
