PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling method of a solution to be inspected capable of precisely and certainly dispensing the solution to be inspected at a low cost by a simple method while preventing the mixing of foreign matter. SOLUTION: The filling method of the solution to be inspected includes the process for supplying the solution to be inspected to the first well 12 of a biochip 100 wherein the first well 12 and a large number of second wells 14 containing a reagent are provided to the first surface 10a of a substrate, the process for bringing a cover member 16 and the substrate to a close contact state in a looped region surrounding the first well and second wells of the contact surface of the cover member and the substrate in a state that the cover member is arranged on the substrate so as to cover the first well and the second wells with the cover member 16, the process for rotating the biochip centering around a rotation axis in a state that the distance from the second wells to the rotation axis becomes longer than the distance from the first well to the rotation axis and moving the solution to be inspected to the second wells from the first well in the region inside the looped region and the process for bringing the cover member into close contact with the substrate to hermetically close the first well and the second wells.
