A sensor (10) is described for detection of bioelectric signals from an annular muscle, provided with: a support element (12) having an elongated shape along a longitudinal axis (A); and a plurality of detection electrodes (15) carried by the support element (12), and arranged in groups around the longitudinal axis (A) along respective rings spaced apart at a separating distance (D) along the longitudinal axis (A). The sensor is provided with a plurality of printed circuits (14), made of flexible material, on each of which a respective one of the groups of detection electrodes (15) is arranged; the printed circuits (14) are coupled to the support element (12), stacked one inside the other around a coupling portion (12b) of the support element (12).
