PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress rattling in a radial direction of a steering column. SOLUTION: This steering device includes a steering column 2 having an outer tube 5 and a middle tube 4 provided to be relatively movable in an axial direction to perform a telescopic adjustment, and a rattling suppressing part 6 for suppressing rattling in the radial direction between the outer tube 5 and the middle tube 4. The rattling suppressing part 6 includes a sheet member 7 of a C-shape in cross section provided in an annular gap g formed between an inner peripheral surface 15 of the outer tube 5 and an outer peripheral surface 16 of the middle tube 4. The sheet member 7 includes contact parts 21 and 22 held between a part 15a close to a lower part of the inner peripheral surface 15 of the outer tube 5 and a part 16a close to a lower part of the outer peripheral surface 16 of the middle tube 4 to be in contact with both of the parts 15a and 16a.
