<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a lid opening and closing structure having both of simple locking and locking by screwing. <P>SOLUTION: The opening and closing structure 1 of a lid 5 is equipped with: the lid 5 for closing an opening of a case 2; and a retention mechanism for retaining the lid 5 in a closed state. The lid 5 has a slide member 52 slidable along the upper surface, and the retention mechanism is provided with a slide member 6 slidable into a predetermined direction and a screw 7 for fixing the slide member 6. When the slide member 52 locates in a housing position and the slide member 6 locates in an abutting position, an end portion 52a of the slide member 52 is not engaged with an engaging part 6a of the slide member 6 (selected Figure).
