PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress damage to the belt member of a fixing device when the belt member is mounted on roll members. SOLUTION: A fixing belt module 61 includes: an endless fixing belt 610; and a fixing roll 611 and internal heat roll 612 stretching the fixing belt 610. Meanwhile, the mounting jig 100 includes: an attachment portion (second opening 100b) attached to the end of the fixing belt module 61 so as to cover the end; and a guide portion (first opening 100a), inserted into the fixing belt 610, for guiding the internal peripheral side of the fixing belt 610 to the end of the fixing belt module 61 to which the attachment portion has been attached. On mounting the fixing belt 610, the mounting jig 100 is attached to the end of the fixing belt module 61, thereby covering the end.
