PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorbing sheet having a high sound absorption coefficient. SOLUTION: In the sound absorbing sheet, a sheet (a) having communicating pores and a sheet (b) containing a vinyl aromatic-based block copolymer (c) are laminated on each other. The vinyl aromatic-based block copolymer (c) has a peak temperature of tanδin the range from≥-20°C to≤50°C, and has an SP value ((J/cm<SP>3</SP>)<SP>1/2</SP>) of≥17.3 to≤20.0.
