PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently access a data track which is inefficiently accessed when in normal use. SOLUTION: A CPU 22 detects whether a predetermined criterion is satisfied or not by accessing a data track available on a disk 11 in an HDD 10. The CPU 22 obtains correction information for use in the predetermined criterion when the predetermined data track does not satisfy the criterion. The CPU 22 stores the obtained correction information in association with the predetermined data track, in an area 231 of an FROM 23.
