PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide for guiding a washing brush to a conduit extending from the inside of a cylinder to the side in an endoscope. SOLUTION: On the guide 100 for guiding the washing brush 80 to the conduit 25 extending from the inside of the cylinder 13 to the side in the endoscope, an attaching part 101 to the operation part 11 of the endoscope and a washing brush guide part 102 for guiding the washing brush to the conduit are formed. The washing brush guide part 102 includes a groove 125 extending upwards from an upper opening in the cylinder, and the groove has a bottom part 123 and both sidewall parts 124a, 124b facing each other.
