Provided is a device using solar energy of a rolling, sun-tracking type, wherein a sun-tracking device having a light collecting device is constituted with a cylindrical structure and is constituted so as to be able to track the sun using a method in which it is made to rotate with a rolling motion while positioned on a floor surface, a wall surface or on water, thereby making it possible to simplify the supporting structure for the device as a whole and also to improve stability and economic viability.
