The present invention provides a granule obtained by adsorbing and drying an aqueous suspension comprising fenofibrate, a suspending agent, and a bile acid or its salt on a carrier surface; and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. Since the granules according to the present invention does not require using an organic solvent, environmental problems such as environmental contamination and/or problems related to a potential residual solvent can be avoided. In particular, since a tablet formulated using the granule according to the present invention has high bioavailability and is hardly affected by food, a stable in-vivo behavior may be expected regardless of food intake.
